JAY Z BEING SUED
Jay-Z is being sued.
You'd think that with the amount of money Jay- Z and his girl Bey make together that this story would not even be making its way around the internet but according to TMZ Jay- Z has been sued for not paying his $250,000 jet bill.
The Air Platinum Holding claims that Jay-Z flew 18 hours back in 2009 at a cost of $4,500 per hour, which equals up to $81,000.
But Air Platinum is not done. They are also suing him for the catering of the 17 domestic flights that he was on which equals to $8,500 and also the catering for 4 international flights totaling up to $3,000, international fees totaling up to $12,285 including taxes.
Platinum also is making Jay- Z pay another $24,000 dollars for a luxury trip to England.
All of this totals up to $137,485.00 plus another $100,000 in damage.

Which I’m even more concerned as to why he brought his ass into Onyx, a BLACK STRIP CLUB, knowing damn well he likes only “other” or girls so light skinned you think they are other… He has a little of that Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson complex going on…. {Xxclusive blog post about that COMING SOON!} I even saw Shawn Marion on Twitter tweeting Maliah Michel (Drake’s girlfriend n video vixen) that he was going to come to the strip club — she works at {DREAMS} and tip her. Im especially tired of MILLIONAIRES coming into adult establishments, sitting around with their groupies (these are men and women alike) looking at us dancers like trash and not tipping, getting a dance or anything… I can name a few other celebs like rapper Slim Thug who is infamous in the strip club community for not tipping girl

IM FROM L.A AND THIS THEATER HAS BEEN IN THE COMMUNITY FOR A WHILE..... I HAVE BEEN TO THIS THEATER MANY TIMES WHEN I WAS YOUNGER IM SO SAD TO SEE IT GO....
Magic Johnson announced today that his Magic Johnson theatre on Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles will be shut down. What’s more interesting, however, is the fact that Mr. Johnson no longer owns the theater, having sold it to AMC a few years back. The closing will certainly be bad news for teen employment in the area but I’m not so sure that many residents will be so sad to see it go. In a city where state-of-the-art theaters are popping up consistently, I think it’s fair to say that many neighbors venture out of the area for their movie experiences. Still, the theater has become a landmark in the South Los Angeles landscape and it will be interesting to see what replaces it.
Here are Magic’s words on the matter:
“I am deeply saddened to learn of AMC’s decision to close the Magic Johnson Theatre at Crenshaw Baldwin Hills Mall. AMC purchased the Magic Johnson Theatres several years ago. This was my first theatre, so a piece of me will definitely close with it. I want to thank the community for their support and loyalty over the years. The theatre has truly been the heartbeat of that community. Magic Johnson Enterprises will continue to bring high quality entertainment, products and services to those communities we serve every day.”

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine told Alejandra Jackson -- who had been living at the Jackson family compound in Encino with her kids, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy, Jr. -- that her brood had to move out, because Katherine had her hands full just watching over Michael Jackson's 3 kids.
Katherine is allowing Alejandra and her kids to move into a nearby condo owned by the Jackson family, but Alejandra is pissed. Katherine is in Indiana until June 10. We're told when Katherine comes back, Alejandra has to move.
But it's not going to be that easy. We've learned Alejandra has hired Trope & Trope, a powerful law firm, to negotiate a separation agreement of sorts. We're told Alejandra wants some assurance that her family will be financially protected if she moves. As a result, she may challenge the move or negotiate a separation package -- which would include a place where she and her kids will live (not necessarily the condo) and what financial support she gets.
Alejandra has gone after Jermaine in the past for failing to pay child support -- and now that she's being forced to move, the money battle has been reignited. Jermaine is the father of two of the kids and Randy is the father of the other two children.
